Terms & Conditions

Each Service is personal to the individual and all situations are different and vary depending on duration and complexity.   Please complete the ‘Enquiry’ form giving us a brief detail of what you need help with. We will contact back within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry.

Payment Terms & Methods   

We are a ‘Pay as you Go” service We accept Paypal, All Major Credit & debit Cards, Cash and EFT.

We charge an ‘Initial’ consultation fee. Payable in advance.  This is ‘refundable’ if a booking is made within 14 days of the ‘Initial’ Consultation date for any of “You need a Polly” Listed Services. This ‘excludes’ Travel charges. (See T.C. below) ‘Session Time’:  We have a ‘minimum’ set daily ‘session fee’ per service, this is charged in addition to our hourly rate.  All Terms and Conditions are agreed in writing, prior to any commencement of work. Weekends and Evenings are subject to an additional hourly rate.    At the end of the working day, we will ask you if you would like to book a further session. There is NO obligation. 

Travel charges

Travel has to be factored in and depends on the location and how many times we visit. our aim is to keep travel to a minimum.  We charge a standard set fee for arrival and return journey per km - within a 25km radius. Over 25km radius, we charge an additional rate per km.  This payment can be made by Cash, Credit or Debit card.

If we are required to travel outside of the Country we are based in, all travel, accommodation and expenses are chargeable in advance an in addition to our Service Fees.  This will be discussed and agreed with you the client on an ‘individual’ basis prior to the commencement of the Service requested.

Non-Disclosure Privacy

We are happy to Provide Clients with a Signed Non-Disclosure, should this be preferred. This is available on request.

We give you absolute assurance- What we see or hear is NEVER disclosed to a third party, what goes on in YOUR home, office, business or life is exactly that ‘YOUR OWN BUSINESS’

We are not there to judge you or pass comment.  We are there to ‘help’ you

All data and information provided by the client will be treated as ‘Strictly Confidential’

Your Privacy is very important to us, we hate spammers ourselves, and your information is for internal use only. We will not rent, sell or give away your private information.

As PollyB international  ‘You need a Polly” are not valuers of art or other items of special value or rarity, the client acknowledges on engaging  PollyB international “You need a Polly” that they, the client accept responsibility for either keeping or letting go of any such items.  Clients are advised to seek their own valuations of any items.

PollyB international“You need a Polly” handle items with care.  In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that PollyB international “You need a Polly” will not be held liable for any losses or damages howsoever caused in our engagement.
